Full Circle Wellness Center
located in Bragii Coffee Shop
Our logo is a symbol called a Triquetra, also known as a Trinity Knot.
Triquetra means “triangle” or “three” (tri-) “cornered” (Quetrus). It is made up of three intersecting Vesica Pisces, a shape created by the intersection of two congruent circles which is sometimes interlaced with a circle.
An ancient Celtic symbol, the triquetra is considered one of the oldest; dating back to as early as 500 BC when it was used to symbolize the triple goddess (maiden-mother-elder). Over the centuries it has become the symbol for the Holy Trinity among Christians in Ireland.
The symbol is often used to represent the three fundamental elements: air, water, and earth – the infinite cycle and interconnection of life, or our own triune nature: body, mind and soul. It is known as a rune of protection.
The full circle embedded within the Triquetra has come to represent God’s love and protection surrounding life and specifically to me, it represents the journey of life.
Vinyasa Flow with Jordan Venem
Derived from hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga differs in some important ways: Postures (Asanas) are linked together in a series of movements that are synchronized with the breath. The continual movement gives you an added cardiovascular benefit. The routine practice of vinyasa yoga can increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, and reduce levels of stress.
